Recreating TechCrunch’s Checkmark Scroll Tracker

If you’ve ever read an article on TechCrunch, you’ll notice the little circle in the top-right corner tracking how far down the page you’ve read. When you get to the bottom of the article, the circle completes and a little checkmark appears.
